Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your ds88play account. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.

ds88play offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. Bonus funds credited to your ds88play account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. All games available on the ds88play Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
RNG-based games on ds88play use certified Random Number Generator technology to ensure that game outcomes are random and unpredictable. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment under studio surveillance. ds88play does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, ds88play will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded. ds88play's decision in such matters is final.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ds88play.
Game content, including graphics, audio, and software, is owned by the respective game suppliers and is licensed to ds88play for use on the Platform. All rights in game content are reserved by the respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ds88play, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
ds88play's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ds88play account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ds88play does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ds88play will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
